Summer is a ‘Sizzlin’!


OK, we are rockin’ into summer,
but that doesn’t mean us Warrior Women put

Challenge2b the brakes on our training and eating…this is a lifestyle! But things can get spotty in the summer, given all that’s happening..!

So how do we stay on course? I’ve created a unique ‘HLL’ 3-Day Split program that will see you doing only 3 days in the gym. Given its structure and exercise order, reps, sets and training scheme, you will not lose that lovely muscle over the long summer that you have worked so hard to achieve (like most gals do, if they don’t keep pumping). Three hours a week is all we need!

So click on the link at the top of this page entitled ‘E-Workout Card‘ to grab your Workout (use your password that I emailed you on the 1st of the month) and let’s get to it! (All your monthly HLP lessons are there too…just click on thru!)
