meditation1I’m loving May…how about you? It’s one of my favourite months…long days, flowers, light rain, everything just feels, well, so uplifting…!  So let’s welcome it with open arms (and nice shapely ones, at that!).

We are using ONE HLP Workout card for both Regular and ADVANCED HLP Members (Graduates of the 12-Week ADVANCED Challenge)! Easy breezy stuff! (NOTE: Please remember – if you wish to train using the Advanced exercises, remember that Advanced Gals have been taught advanced exercises and techniques, sports nutrition, and train at a higher level! So proceed with caution!). And please remember, if you are using an IPad at the gym to view the workout cards, you likely won’t be able to. It’s just a funky glitch with IPads.{{{?:0}}}
