I’m with you!
A nice, juicy piece of fish or a handsome steak on the barbie…yum! I keep it rare…(I’ve always loved rare or blue-rare steak) and my salmon is always ‘wet’ too.
I know some of you are squirming right now, but I jsut can’t fathom cooking a nice piece of meat to death! And the sauce, well, it’s natural, and oohh so tasty!
