So many times we think that clean eating is just about what we eat, but what about what we cook our food in…our cookware?

In my day and age, teflon was all the rage, but now the makers, DuPont, is facing one of the largest legal battles in US history. Why? Because consumers, and those that live around the production plants, are getting SICK!

Are there options? Yes, today more than ever we have a greater variety of cookware, and more are coming on the market every day. But be wary: some are wolves in sheep’s clothing!
