I’m dumb-struck that summer is coming to a close! Yikes!

So this is a friendly reminder that sign up for the 10-Week Best Shape Challenge and the 12-Week Advanced Best Shape Challenge is happening NOW! (Please note those in the Advanced MUST have completed the 10-Week Challenge).

(Many McCoy members / followers wanted me to let them know first, before I put it out to the masses, so here you go!)

I only take on 20 girls per Challenge, so I can give you my undivided attention! You deserve it, and I deliver! But the registration closes September 5th and the  Challenges start Sept 10th! So HURRY!
