Karen is a certified trainer, sports nutritionist, athlete, competitor, author, motivational speaker, entrepreneur, wife and mother. She started McCoy Fitness & Health in 2001, in an effort to reach as many women as possible and to teach them about real, science-based training, nutrition and body/mind practices. In short, she helps you to find the ‘Warrior Woman‘ within (what her clients have come to lovingly call themselves!).

Karen’s goal is simple – to inspire as many women as possible to live a healthy, rich life, to help them find their unique gifts, and to bring them forward in this world. Central to her work is teaching women the fine art of lifting weights. She combines her love of iron with her passion for clean eating, and her teachings around energy work and mind/body practices.
