I do ask, however, that you take the time to look through the various programs, so you get a feel for what they are. There is a fair amount of info in them, with videos etc. To receive an email saying ‘can you tell me what your program(s) are about’ is simply too vague, and I cannot answer in a simple email. I offer monthly, the 10 and 12 week challenge, and private coaching with me.
